The TM app

Claims resolved in 60 seconds

With the TM app, TM and Kolibri have rethought how insurance claims are resolved, with convenience and automation as guiding principles. Today, the overall process of reporting a claim on assets takes about 60 seconds, from start to finish, until the customer has received their payment. At the same time, the cost and time of staff to process claims at TM has decreased.

Smart guidance through insurance purchases

For many insurance companies, insurance is such a complex product that it requires special advisors to explain the options to customers, and another group of people to calculate costs and make decisions about discounts. TM decided to offer a simple sales process and transparent pricing, and brought Kolibri on board to develop a digital virtual advisor. Kolibri used tools such as a design sprint, user testing, and professional UX writing to develop a fully automated process with TM - to identify needs, make offers, finalize contracts, and issue insurance certificates.

New website

A fresh appearance on the web

TM made the decision to redesign its website from scratch, with the aim of making the service more accessible on a faster, lighter, and more accessible website that looks good on all devices. At the same time, the company's digital branding was revitalized in collaboration with Tvist advertising agency with updated brand assets and the use of distinctive drawings. The entire technical stack of the website was renovated in the project, as well as the content. TM, Kolibri, and Tvist worked closely together on the project.

Product Development

The launch of a new product is not the end of a project, but the beginning of its life. TM and Kolibri work together and have been working together for years on the ongoing development of TM's digital solutions, both constant transformation and modernization of core systems and increased self-service for individuals and companies.
